i WANTED TO CREATE A NEW OUTDOOR FITNESS GROUP FOR THE HEALTH CONSCIOUS PEOPLE OF GODALMING. I REALISED THERE WAS A DEMAND for another GROUP IN THIS AREA - where fitness thrives and positivty prevails!

with my background in health psychology, a passion for fitness and a drive to bring something new and exciting to the community…. ‘grit godalming’ was born!

I LEAD AND INSTRUCT THE CLASSES WHICH ARE PREDOMINANTLY BOOTCAMP STYLE - they INCLUDE CIRCUIT TRAINING, HIIT, BOXING, STRENGTH TRAINING & RUNNING.

I BRING IN GUEST INSTRUCTORS FOR OTHER CLASSES which compliment the timetable, SUCH AS YOGA.
